I've had this error before in my old account and that's why I made a new one.

When I try to go to the chatroom it instantly says I've been kicked

The chatroom worked for me for a while with this new account but now the problem is back.

I'd like to chat tonight during the rising stars game, so I'd appreciate if you could do something about it

It's probably a browser issue/setting.

What browser and version are you using?

This happens to me as well. Generally trying a different browser has helped.

Chrome, but it doesn't work on Safari either :|

Did you clear the browser cache?
