Is it possible we could get out of his contract by just firing him for this??? Could using illegal drugs be a legit reason to void a contract?

What would be awesome is if he returned to his 2007-2009 self. I never was a fan of his, but man, he's had some good games. I remember when he blocked Tony Parker to set up Dwight's alley-oop game winner over San Antonio with like .4 seconds left.
