Really, if the only thing we get this season is some experience for rookies, I'm okay with that.

Jones and Nicholson need more minutes. Nicholson stinks at rebounding and defending, but he needs NBA game time to get better and prepare himself to improve. I'm a believer in Harkless, but I don't blame Vaughn for slashing his minutes. He's just been really really bad this year. No offensive game whatsoever and he is struggling to learn rotations on defense. The athleticism is there though, he just needs molding. I'm just worried he'll never develop a good enough offensive game to be the player we hope.

Keep in mind Harkless is still only 19
