How do i do to post images and video in my replies?

Well for example a YouTube video, you copy the link, then press the 'insert media' button next to the blue < > button and paste it there.

You post an image by checking its properties, copying the URL and then you paste it on the 'insert image button' 2 after the emoticons button.
